Twitter Promo Terms & Conditions
- Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Entry to prize draws is open to all participants aged 18 and over, except anyone professionally connected to Kineko.com and the prize draws.
- No purchase necessary to enter the promotion.
- To enter the promotion, you must follow @kinekodefi, comment the promo post and retweet by the relevant closing date and time; closing time to be specified in the relevant promotional tweet. If you win, you will be notified via dm to share your kineko.com account name for the transfer of your prize fund.
- If 2 or more participants are determined winners, prize funds will be split accordingly.
- Prize funds will be paid out within 24 hours.
- Only one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt.
- Kineko does not accept responsibility for entries incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason.
- There is no cash or alternative to the prizes stated. No part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. If winners are unable to take the prize for whatever reason, a redraw will take place.
- The draws will be held within 24 hours of the closing of the relevant event. The Promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The prizes in respect of a particular promotion will be set out in the tweet relevant to that promotion.
- Winners names will be announced on @kinekodefi and instructions will be included on how to claim the prize.
- Kineko reserves the right to ban any account that is suspected to be involved in the abuse of this promotion and hide their entries from the promotional tweet.
